2014 Week 30

We just spent another awesome weekend in Winter Park.

The cool weather, the outdoor activities, and the company all made for a really fun weekend.

Dinner this week:

Sunday - Mountain leftovers.

Monday - Pesto pasta with garden veggies.

Tuesday - Kitchen sink quesadillas. 

Wednesday - Take out, it was a tough day!

Thursday - Grilling, something easy.

Friday - Homemade pizza night.

Saturday - Dinner with my Grammie who is visiting from VA.

2014 Week 29

It was another hot one here,

so a little backyard pooling was in order!

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Leftover tacos.
Monday - Burgers on the grill with zucchini and sweet potatoes.
Tuesday - Food truck night.
Wednesday - Kitchen sink quesadillas.
Thursday - Grilled fish with salad and fresh bread.
Friday - Homemade pizza night.
Saturday - Leftovers.

2014 Week 28

We are home!

It was such a fun vacation with family,

but it's always so nice to be back.

Dinner this week:

Sunday - Still on vacation.

Monday - Pizza on the way home from the airport.

Tuesday - Grilled chicken, corn and fruit.

Wednesday - Tacos with guacamole. Black bean and sweet potato tacos for the veggies.

Thursday - Leftovers.

Friday - Homemade pizza with garden veggies.

Saturday - Grill out!
