
I am very excited about some of the recipes this week. I've always wanted to try a chicken and dumpling soup, but have never found a vegetarian recipe before. I am also in love with this
bread recipe that I found. It's amazingly quick and tastes soooooo good. I'm still working on the high altitude part, mine turns out a bit flat, so give me some time on that and I'll post an adjusted recipe when I find one.

Friday - Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry
Saturday - Mushroom Lasagna (from Jan/Feb 2012 Cooking Light, pg. 92) and salad
