Week 5

5ยบ.  That's the high for Tuesday.  I'm in the mood for soups and baked pastas that will keep us all warm!

Grilled Cheese and tomato soup - another fav.  It's a good Monday dinner for us!
Veg Tortilla Soup - I haven't found a recipe yet, but I'll let you know what I use.
Stuffed Shells again.  Made these last week and everyone loved them.  It was an easy dish to make ahead and have Scott bake when I'm out.  I think I'll add some frozen spinach this time for a little green.
Homemade Mac and Cheese
Brown Rice Pilaf this is from Mark Bitman's blog and looks like a yummy, veg dinner

Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins - I actually made these last week and they were so delicious that I'm doing it again this week!

and...we're back!

Okay, so we've been moved for over a month now and I'm just now getting back to this. I just got so lazy after the move. The thing is, it really is easier to just plan these darn meals and go to the store ONCE. I'm not kidding, I think last week I was at the store at least once a day. Not good. So, we're starting fresh, here goes...
Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread
Grilled fish with crostini with ricotta and peas
Ina's blue cheese souffle with salad
Veg chickpea burgers (we'll see how the meat eaters like this...) probably served with something easy like chips and a salad
Quesadillas! Easy, easy with whatever we have in the fridge, beans, cheese, veg etc...
