Tuesday - Polenta with spring vegetable ragout
Wednesday - Tofu and veggie stir fry with soba noodles
Thursday - Farro or quinoa salad with leftover grilled salmon
Friday - Tacos and quesadillas, beans, quac and chips
Saturday - Egg shaped homemade pizza!
