Wow, the end of the year already.
It's amazing how the years really do go so quickly.
The kids had a wonderful Christmas, we all did.
We made these cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning
and they were perfect.
Very forgiving recipe. I made the dough early on the 24th and let it rise in the fridge.
Then rolled out the rolls that night and they went back in the fridge overnight.
Now onto dinners for this week:
Sunday - Leftover ham soup for the Bronco game.
Monday - Easy, warm soup and bread.
Tuesday - Spaghetti and salad.
Wednesday - Happy New Year's Eve! We're going to a friends house to ring in the new year!
Thursday - Hoppin' Johns, of course. With cornbread and honey.
Friday - Pizza.
Saturday - Chili and cornbread, or leftovers.
