2016 Week 4

What a fun, fun Sunday it was!
Go Broncos and we are so looking forward to February.

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Football food, ribs, spicy shrimp, cole slaw and potatoes.
Monday - Black bean burritos with pineapple on the side.
Tuesday - Fish and veggies and quinoa.
Wednesday - Chicken thighs in the slow cooker with potatoes and carrots and fruit on the side. Beans and greens for me.
Thursday - Honey garlic shrimp and broccoli with brown rice and fruit.
Friday - Pizza and a movie night.
Saturday - Grilling burgers! It's supposed to be almost 60ยบ!

2016 Week 3

We had the most fun long weekend in Winter Park,
that was capped off with the Broncos amazing win last night.
We watched the game while bowling a few frames, and everyone had a great time.
We skied, and tubed, and swam, and bowled, and ate, and ate, and ate.
This was the first time I was able to ski with the kids and it was so fun.
I love that they are getting old enough to join in, not just watch the fun.

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Dinner out in WP with friends.
Monday - Polenta with roasted veggies and white beans.
Tuesday - Spaghetti with salad.
Wednesday - Shrimp stir fry with fruit.
Thursday - Soup in the slow cooker and homemade bread.
Friday - Homemade pizza and a movie night.
Saturday - Dinner with friends!

2016 Week 2



I took the big kids up for ski lessons yesterday and they loved it!
I was totally impressed that they both rode the chair lift and skied back down the mountain.
This little one and I were happy to spend our day inside drinking coffee (me)
and eating cookies (him and me).

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Dinner out for me, Scott and the kids had spaghetti.
Monday - Chili and cornbread after skiing.
Tuesday - Pasta primavera with lots of veggies and a homemade parm sauce. 
Wednesday - Dinner in Boulder, while we get skis for the weekend.
Thursday - Dinner on the go! We're heading up to the mountains for the long weekend.
Friday - Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad and fruit.
Saturday - Dinner out.
Sunday - Go Broncos!! Game day food.

2016 Week 1

 We had such a great New Year's Eve!
We filled the evening with traditions, both new and old.
And we were never short on silliness! 

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Black eyed pea dip with chips and veggies during the Bronco game.
Monday - Easy burritos with meat, cheese, salsa and spinach. Fruit on the side.
Tuesday - Easy, homemade fish sticks with green veggies and fruit.
Wednesday - Bean, cheese, and pepper enchiladas. With rice and a green salad.
Thursday - Veggie quinoa soup with fresh bread and fruit.
Friday - Pizza and a movie night!
Saturday - Dinner out with friends.
