What a fun, fun Sunday it was!
Go Broncos and we are so looking forward to February.
Dinners this week:
Sunday - Football food, ribs, spicy shrimp, cole slaw and potatoes.
Monday - Black bean burritos with pineapple on the side.
Tuesday - Fish and veggies and quinoa.
Wednesday - Chicken thighs in the slow cooker with potatoes and carrots and fruit on the side. Beans and greens for me.
Thursday - Honey garlic shrimp and broccoli with brown rice and fruit.
Friday - Pizza and a movie night.
Saturday - Grilling burgers! It's supposed to be almost 60º!
