2012 Week 13

Yes, I know it's Tuesday.  And what makes it being Tuesday worse, is that I have really no idea what we are doing for dinner this week.  I'm just back from another weekend coaching trip and exhausted.  So I'm hoping to get my act together by the weekend!
Monday- pizza and veggie
Tuesday- eggs, pancakes, and bacon, breakfast for dinner!
Wednesday- yellow curry with veggies and tofu (thank goodness for trader joes sauce!)
Thursday- pasta salad with tuna, not normally our style, but looked so yummy
Friday-
Saturday-
