2014 Week 1

Wow.  I'm sure we're all thinking it, 
but I can't believe it's a new year already!
We are settling in with our new baby
and learning about life in a family of five.

The kids are back in school this week and Scott is back at work
so my goal is to have plenty of food ready to go for dinners.
I'm planning easy, yummy foods that everyone will eat and anyone can make.

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Homemade pizza, a family favorite.
Monday - Chili and cornbread and a green veggie.
Tuesday - Slowcooker veggie soup with homemade bread.
Wednesday - Slowcooker bean, spinach, and cheese enchiladas with a salad.
Thursday - Homemade mac and cheese with a green veggie.
Friday - Take out to celebrate making it through the week!
Saturday - Baked pesto fish, a big salad, and cous cous.
