2013 Week 15

With the nice weather lately, we are back in the swing of grilling homemade pizzas on the weekends.
This week it was pepperoni and cheese for the kids,
and kale & almond pesto, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms for us. 

This week for dinner:
Sunday - Something on the grill for Scott and the kids, with some tasty green veggies.
Monday - Spinach, mushroom and ricotta baked pasta
Tuesday - Chili with cornbread and a green veggie
Wednesday - Green noodles (pesto pasta) and meatballs for S and kids.
Thursday - Taco night, chipotle sweet potato and black bean for us.  Homemade guac too!
Friday - Girls night, the boys are headed to Winter Park for the weekend.  Something yummy and veggie friendly for H and me.
Saturday - Dinner out.
