We have had a yummy food week!
On Friday, our usual pizza night, we made
a delicious caramelized onion, pear, and gorgonzola pizza.
We served it with baby arugula on top, amazing!
Sunday was just as yummy with buttermilk waffles and fresh berries,
followed by these chocolate chip and m&m cookies.
I think I've finally found a good recipe for high altitude cookie success!
Dinners this week (It's spring break week here, so I'm exited for dinners to be a little more slow cooked):
Sunday - Buttermilk biscuits (can you tell we're trying to use that up!), creamed kale and eggs.
Monday - Grilling out. Green veggies, chicken and fish.
Tuesday - Taco Tuesday. Sweet potato and chipotle black bean with avocado cream.
Wednesday - Pesto pasta with tomatoes and a fruit salad.
Thursday - Peanut noodles with grilled chicken.
Friday - Pizza night. Scott's in charge of toppings this time.
Saturday - Dinner with friends.
