2014 Week 18

It has finally tuned really beautiful here.
Our littlest man enjoyed the swing for the first time,
flowers have been planted,
the veggie garden is primed and ready.
Spring time is fun!

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Grilled salmon, chicken, asparagus and mushrooms.
Monday - Cinco de mayo celebration with friends, we're bringing guac and chips, and dessert.  I'm still looking for recipes. 
Tuesday - A big salad with leftover grilled salmon.  
Wednesday - Sesame udon noodles with tofu and veggies.
Thursday - Grilled veggies and chicken.  An orzo salad on the side.
Friday - Our big guy turns 6 today! His favorite dinner is pizza and mummy dogs (seriously) so those are on tap and a big chocolate cake to boot!
Saturday - It's party day! Dinner will be pizza with a bunch of 6 year old boys!  Sweet Cow ice cream for dessert, yum!
