2016 Week 1

 We had such a great New Year's Eve!
We filled the evening with traditions, both new and old.
And we were never short on silliness! 

Dinners this week:
Sunday - Black eyed pea dip with chips and veggies during the Bronco game.
Monday - Easy burritos with meat, cheese, salsa and spinach. Fruit on the side.
Tuesday - Easy, homemade fish sticks with green veggies and fruit.
Wednesday - Bean, cheese, and pepper enchiladas. With rice and a green salad.
Thursday - Veggie quinoa soup with fresh bread and fruit.
Friday - Pizza and a movie night!
Saturday - Dinner out with friends.
