Our sweet third born turns three today!
He is obsessed with the Cars characters,
so it only made sense that Lighting McQueen and Mater show up on his cake!
It's also the first day of winter break,
so the kids and I are taking full advantage of our free time.
Playing with new toys, staying in jammies, and eating sprinkle pancakes.
Happy birthday sweet boy!
Dinners this week:
Sunday - Dinner with friends after the Bronco game, clam chowder and lobster bisque.
Monday - Birthday dinner! Homemade mac and cheese and roasted veg, and cake of course!
Tuesday - Leftovers.
Wednesday - Dinner out with friends.
Thursday - Kitchen sink quesadillas.
Friday - Easy pizza night.
Saturday - Christmas Eve dinner with my family. We're making roast beef, winter squash lasagna, smashed potatoes, arugula salad, and garlicky peas. And a yule log!
